I graduated from the University of Pavia in 2003 with a full marks degree in Psychology of Development and Education; I begun working as assistant professor for Prof. Adriano Pagnin, during this period I’m tasked with the semi standardization of the Moral Disengagement questionnaire by revisioning and structuring a graphical test for the evaluation of the times for emphatic recognition. In the same period I study APC (Alto Potenziale Cognitivo – High Cognitive Potential).
Starting 2009 I collaborate on Regional projects for evaluating competencies, redacting plans for work reinsertion and I am part of the working table for the making of the State-Region agreement aimed at defining objective criteria reachable during their school career by students of professional schools who are affected by a disability.
In 2007 I open my own professional study in the Como province and I work as consultant and Health Manager for ISG plc, at the same time I work on working stress evaluation for other firms.
During my career I specialize in the interpretation of child drawing, in the education of respect for gender difference, in the psychological support for minors victim of trauma, and in Forensic Psychopathology, deviance and attitude to commit crime.
I have the qualification certificate as Judicial and Forensic Criminology.
I earned a Level 1 Master as Scientific Analyst of Non-Verbal Language licensed to utilise the Body Code System and Interpretative System of Facial Expressions, and a Level 2 Master in Forensic Psychology, both with full scores.
I’m co-founder of FBA-LAB (Forensic Behavioural Analysis) practicing in behavioural analysis, forensic evaluation and anti-terrorism services.
